Failure of SDI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. In the case that any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the parties agree to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remains in full force and effect.

The Site and its contents are the property of SDI. The Site is provided for non-commercial use only. The Site and all of the contents are protected under United States and International copyright laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, record, video, photograph, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material in any form other than for personal use, without the express written permission of SDI.

SDI may alter or discontinue all, any or portions of The Site immediately, in its sole discretion, at any time without cause. SDI may terminate access to any user and use of The Site, immediately, in its sole discretion, at any time without cause.
